2010 Crew Parent “Mandatory”Informational Meeting

Volunteer Positions that need to be filled:

 

 Regatta Food Manager- Responsibilities include planning food meals for regattas.  Solicit help from families to shop, cook, prepare and bring food items to race events.  Also coordinate with Trailer Manager (Marty).
We are still in need of volunteers for the following volunteer areas.  These volunteer positions are presently being filled by “Senior” Parent Booster Club members and new volunteers are needed to learn the responsibilities so an easy transition can be made in the future.  Please consider volunteering!

Booster Club Representative/Liaison with Syracuse Chargers:  Responsibilities include going to the monthly Syracuse Chargers meetings, acting as our club’s  representative and organizing a few parents to help at the Charger’s fund raising events when needed.  Becky Mounce has been the representative in the past.

 Paula Tenney-Clothing & Uniforms Manager is looking for someone to “shadow” her this year to learn some of the responsibilities of this volunteer position(i.e. how, what and where to place an order for merchandise, how much to order, handling orders  etc.)
